Philippe IX

Philippe IX Argonais (fee-LEEP AR-zhoh-nay or AR-zhoh-NAY) is a Lioren political leader who was the last king of Valdoria and, subsequently, both the first and last duke of Liore. After his defeat in the Seventh Occaria, he was stripped of royal titles and demoted to duke. In the following Eighth Occaria, the Alicantian Empire annexed all of Liore and he was captured and stripped of all noble titles. He is now a political prisoner of the Alicantian Empire.
