Jinn
Appearance
Jinn are spiritual beings of great power.
The jinn of Marillia differ much from the jinn of other worlds. In Marillia, jinn are not elementals, but fey. Although they do often dwell in the Elemental Planes (and those who do typically get infused by elemental energies), they are not of the Elemental Planes.
Mythology
In Phoenic mythology, jinn occupy an intermediate place between humans and namens. They are beings made of fire by the gods, while humans were made of clay. They exist unseen in this world and others, but like pretty much everyone else they're confined by the great wheel of rebirth by the black gods.
