Kazali (kuh-ZAW-lee) is an ancient jinn lord who once reigned over a great empire in Teresis, based in modern-day Phoena. He was known for his great cruelty and appetite for human meat. His reign of terror ended when he was sealed inside of a boulder by a magician named Sokurna.
