Kazali (kuh-ZAW-lee) is an ancient jinn lord who once reigned over a great empire in Teresis, based in modern-day Phoena. He was known for his great cruelty and cannibalism. His reign of terror ended when he was sealed inside of a boulder by a magician named Sokurna.
Kazali was accidentally freed thousands of years later by the Pale Brigade. He offered them a wish as a reward, and they wished for him to "kill all the Casirists." He acquiesced by summoning the archdevil Calo to Marillia.
