Ice devil

Ice devils, also called gelugons (GEL-yoo-gawnz), are extremely powerful devils of the Nine Hells. They often serve as high-ranking military officers, with a rank roughly equivalent to colonel, brigadier general, or major general.

According to Mordenkainen, gelugons sit above the erinyes in the infernal hierarchy and below only the mighty pit fiends and amnizu.
