In Greyhawk, Boccob is the True Neutral god of magic. He's what we in the DM business call a "big enchilada."
According to the Greyhawk wiki:
All times and places are open to him, and he has visited many alternate realities and planes unknown to the wisest of sages, places even the Elder Evils avoid.
So that's neat.
Names and titles
Boccob is often known as Boccob the Uncaring, the Lord of All Magics, and the Archmage of the Deities.
Relationships
Boccob gets along swimmingly with Wee Jas. They're friends. Zagyg was his servant, and Boccob aided him in his apotheosis. He's allied to Delleb. Boccob opposes Tharizdun, which has gotta be the plot twist of the millennium.
