They're basically the Alicantian SS; they're like a combination of secret police, special forces, and death squads. They're one of the most organized and ruthless military forces in the history of Marillia. They're the ones who perform the most heinous of Alicante's crimes. It is mainly they who run the concentration camps and round up thousands of foreign children.
