Fey, also known as fae, fairies, the Fair Folk, the Good Folk, the Good Neighbors, the Hidden Folk, and the Huldufólk, are supernatural creatures featuring in folklore from many cultures across time. They live in Hesperia.

Factions

One of the most prominent classifications of the Fair Folk is into the Seelie ("happy") and Unseelie ("unhappy") Courts. This is derived from Scottish folklore. The division has been compared to the division in Norse mythology between the Ljosalfar (light elves) and Dokkalfar (dark elves).

Lords and Ladies

Here's an excerpt from the PHB on archfey who could potentially be your otherworldly patron.

Beings of this sort include the Prince of Frost; the Queen of Air and Darkness, ruler of the Gloaming Court; Titania of the Summer Court; her consort Oberon, the Green Lord; Hyrsam, the Prince of Fools; and ancient hags.[1]
