Emperor Valaris ("vuh-LAIR-iss") is an archdevil of Dis, the second layer of the Nine Hells of Baator. He is a vassal of Dispater. He is the emperor of Songwyn.

Valaris is currently building an army in Aluray to counteract the efforts of Casir and Nyssa.
