Kurtulmak

Kurtulmak is revered as the patron and creator god of the kobolds.

I've always thought he looked hilarious. I don't know why.

What's even funnier is that he's actually an extremely powerful deity, or at least was. Back in 3e, he had a Divine Rank of 15, making him an intermediate deity—in other words, ridiculously powerful. Also, fun fact: in Greyhawk, he was canonically the one who imprisoned Kronos in Tartarus. It's so fucking random and yet it's true.

Nowadays Kurt is weaker, and serves Tiamat, which I guess is fitting.

But legends which I just made up speak of how he will one day break free of his chains, for the dragon rises again.
