Mishra is one of the most popular gods in Rhys, being one of the two principal gods of the Phoenic monarchy and one of the three principal gods of Mazdana. He is associated with kingship, rebirth, justice, and war.

In Phoena, Mishra is widely worshiped. Mishra-worship traces its roots to the religion of the ancient Ogissians, who believed Mishra was the descendant and heir to Ra. When his uncle Casir stole the throne from Ossur, Mishra slew Casir and took the throne.
