Erinyes (uh-REH-neez, EH-rih-neez, or EE-rih-neez; singular erinys (EH-rih-nis or EE-rih-nis)), also known as fury devils, furies, avenger devils, or avengers, are powerful and feared devils of the Nine Hells, known for enforcing infernal law. They're sometimes collectively called (tongue-in-cheek) Asmodeus's Justice. Though fiercely beautiful and buxom, they evoke fear all across the Lower Planes, and even in their fellow devils.
