The Queen of Starlight is a powerful fey goddess-queen. She reigns over a court once "situated"[1] in Phoena, but which moved to Aluray after the arrival of the Kingslayer.

- ↑ It is unclear whether her realm is in the material plane or another world. She said she moved her court from Phoena to Aluray, but it also seems that her realm is not "in" Marillia (i.e. the material plane).
