Vaisha (VAY-shuh) is the greatest goddess in Phoenic religion and likely the most popular deity in Phoena. She is a great goddess of life, magic, and war. She is the sister-wife of Ossur and the mother of Mishra. Her church, the Hadina, is one of the largest religious institutions in Teresis.

Mythology

Vaisha is the daughter of the stormfather Shahra and his sister-wife Sonya. She is the second eldest, after Casir. Both her brothers, Casir and Ossur, desired her, but she was betrothed to Ossur, whom she always preferred. When Casir attempted to take her by force, she struck him down with magic in a violent clash that ended up sterilizing him.

Relationships

Vaisha detests Casir and loves Ossur and Mishra. Vaisha has respect for her forefather, Ra.
