Raysh is a Phoenic statesman, military commander, and member of the royal family by marriage. Unbeknownst to the people of Phoena, he is the true identity of the occultist and Casiric High Priest Zehr.
Relationships
Raysh is the brother-in-law of King Jassar and Prince Hakir. He was married to their sister. He had a daughter, who along with her mother was killed by the Alicantian Empire during the Eighth Occaria.
Raysh despises Sorhan, largely because Sorhan sabotaged peace negotiations between Phoena and the Alicantian Empire during the Spring Peace, thereby ushering in the second and far bloodier phase of the Eighth Occaria, during which Raysh's wife and daughter were killed.
Raysh is under the tutelage of Mortzopholus, the most senior of the high priests of Casir.
