For Zehir in Phoena, see Casir.

Zehir (zuh-HEER) is the name by which Set is known in the Outer Planes and some lands in the material planes.

Zehir is well known and widely feared in Marillia. In Phoena, he is called Casir. In the Grimdark, he is called Iyashkabar. In Seuvia and Akalla, he is simply called Zehir.

Alurayan mythology

In both Akallan and Seuvian mythology, Zehir is a deity associated with trickery, betrayal, and lies. He is the brother of Ellara, Ultus, and Thala. He is the father of Sorn, god of war.

It was Zehir who whispered the dark and cruel lie in his brother Ultus's ear that Aya was not his daughter, but rather Zehir's. Consequently, Ultus stripped Aya of her divinity and cast her down to the earth to die a mortal.
