Arkhan, known in Marillia as Arkhan the Godslayer or simply the Godslayer, is a dragonborn priest of Tiamat and the supreme commander of her armies in Avernus.
Arkhan became known to the people of Marillia when he arrived in the autumn of 494 to head a great Nyssan crusade. He forged a pact with Sorhan, and it was at this time that a new "gospel" was spread: that Casir and Nyssa were one and the same deity.
