Lawful Neutral is the alignment wherein law and order are conflated with goodness.
Whereas Lawful Good and Lawful Evil often see order as a means to an end (virtue and malevolence, respectively), Lawful Neutral sees order as end unto itself. It says that if order is established, then things must be good.
