In Phoenic mythology, the namens (singular namen, rhymes with "ramen") are the divine race to which the gods belong.

Traditionally, the namens are said to consist of Ra and his progeny, including Ebzu, Shahra the stormfather, Sonya, Quethe, Casir, Vaisha, Ossur, Mishra, etc. Excluded among their ranks are Nyssa, Ra's father Ku, the black gods, Tharosh, Abakesh, etc.

According to Glory, the namens, the Irians, and the Valens are one and the same.
