Antoine Moreau is an Alicantian statesman of high station. He is a member of the Thalum.
Life
Moreau descends from an old Lucian[1] Kimmarabi family, the Amares. Moreau's great-grandfather was an ambassador to Alicante. His son (Moreau's grandfather) was later elected to the Grand Chamber as a cardinal, and his son (Moreau's father) served as minister of foreign affairs under Oracle Sasha.[2]
