Dis, also known as the Iron City, is a massive city in the second layer of Baator. It is ruled by Dispater.

Dis is one of the greatest metropolises in the multiverse. It is a titanic city which dwarfs entire empires in the material world.

Dispater rules this vast city from the Iron Tower. He is said to leave the tower only rarely, but the Iron King is always watching, whether through his immense network of spies, secret police, or the unblinking red crystals that can be found all over the city.
