Antoine Moreau is an Alicantian statesman of high station. He is a member of the Thalum.
Appearance
Moreau is a forty-something man of good looks and above-average height. Owing to his Kimmarabi ancestry, he's black.
Life
Moreau descends from an old Lucian Kimmarabi family, the Amares.[1] Moreau's great-grandfather, Alimayu Amare, was an ambassador to Alicante. His son (Moreau's grandfather) was later elected to the Grand Chamber as a cardinal, and his son (Moreau's father) served as minister of foreign affairs under Oracle Sasha.[2] Antoine Moreau's grandfather changed their family name to Moreau, a common Gascontian surname which sounds vaguely like Amare.
Moreau briefly appeared in Sins of the Past, when he attended the harvest banquet in Lozanre. He vanished right before the slaughter occurred.
