Rhys (rhymes with "geese") is a large continent in southwest Teresis, south of the Asmerais. It contains Phoena, Riyan, Kimmarab, and other nations.
Geopolitics
The great powers of Rhys are Phoena and Riyan. The two nations are both expansionist and imperialist, but get along quite well. They share many elements of their culture, and more importantly a stinging antagonism towards Alicante.
Religion
The two largest religions in Rhys are Saphorism and Mazdana, but numerous other religions exist and even flourish on the continent, including the Ismaris, the Lucianus, and Shassaii.
