Raven is an Alicantian statesman who is currently serving in the Cere, appointed by Oracle Ina Sukarian. He serves as spymaster.

Raven is a church child who was found abandoned on the street as a baby and taken in by the Sanctuary. He proved a bright pupil, and was soon assigned to be educated by Carbuncle, alongside Charles Bellanger and Morgan Le Rhodes, and later Ina herself.
In 492, when Spymaster Cedro Ciano committed suicide, Ina appointed Raven as his successor.
