Raven is an Alicantian statesman who is currently serving in the Cere as spymaster. He was appointed by Oracle Ina Sukarian.
Early life
Raven is a church child who was found abandoned on the street as a baby and taken in by the Sanctuary. He was "adopted" by Cardinal Adanita Baleteno. He proved an extremely bright pupil, and was soon assigned to be educated by Carbuncle, alongside Charles Bellanger and Morgan Le Rhodes, and later the Oracle herself.
When Spymaster Cedro Ciano committed suicide, Ina appointed Raven as his successor.
