Titivilus.png

A shrewd and calculating politician, he has clawed his way up through the ranks to become the second-most powerful fiend in Dis, entirely by saying just the right thing at the right time to get what he wanted.[1]

Titivilus ("tih-TIH-vih-liss"), sometimes spelled Titivillus, is a figure who appears in many mythologies, exclusively as a demon (a fiend). In D&D, he's an archdevil in the service of the Lord of the Second. In PF, he's an infernal duke who serves the Lord of the Eighth. On Terra, he's described as a demon of scribes.[2]
