Neothelids are ginormous worm-like aberrations.
Neos differ greatly between D&D and Pathfinder. In D&D, neos are overgrown illithid tadpoles, and are mindless. On Golarion, however, they are the highly intelligent children of the Outer God Shub-Niggurath.
