The Supreme Intelligence (SI), also known as Primus, the Prime, the Godmind, the Singularity, the machine god, and the Transcendental Council of the Defined Infinite, is the entity which governs Axiom and all of modron- and inevitable-kind.
The SI is a confusing topic. Virtually no one knows what it[1] is, where it is, or the extent of what it does. It is, in part, a theoretical being—we mostly take for granted that it exists, in large part because Axiomites so frequently make references to it.
Power Ranking
The Supreme Intelligence is said to wield the powers of a greater deity (DR 16-20). It seems that he does not actually have a DR.
He's also immune to all magic, so keep that in mind if you're planning on fighting him.
