An elder brain dragon is formed when an elder brain takes over the body of a dragon by latching onto its back and attaching its tentacles to the dragon's central nervous system. They're quite the gruesome sight.
EBDs are not to be confused with brainstealer dragons, which are dragons that have undergone ceremorphosis.
