The Legacies are perhaps one of the most enigmatic topics on this entire wiki.
Virtually no one knows what they are. What we think they are is a sort of library that houses all information in existence—past, present, and future—that only the oracle can access and read.
Beyond that, we only have guesses. We don't even know if they're physical texts, or whether they're somehow incorporeal. We don't know how the oracle can access them, and where she's accessing them from. We don't know who (if anyone) created the Legacies, and for what reason (if any). It's generally believed by lay Lucians that the Legacies are a set of divine records created by the Goddess.
